Daniel McCormick - Chief Executive Officer

 

Daniel McCormick

Daniel McCormick is the Chief Executive Officer of Industry Capability Network Northern Territory (ICN NT), where he leads the organisation’s strategic direction and delivery across the Northern Territory. He has extensive experience in major project facilitation, supply chain mapping and industry capability development, with a strong focus on Defence, mining, oil and gas, maritime, infrastructure and public sector projects. 
Daniel works closely with government, industry and project proponents to improve local industry participation, strengthen sovereign and regional supply chains, and deliver insight-led, data-driven outcomes that support sustainable economic growth for Territory businesses. With a deep understanding of the Northern Territory’s industrial base and project landscape, he is committed to ensuring local capability is visible, competitive and positioned to succeed in major projects. 

Tom Jackson - General Manager

Tom Jackson

Tom Jackson is the General Manager at ICN NT, responsible for overseeing the organisation’s day-to-day operations. He works closely with project owners, government, industry and the ICN NT team, providing oversight of financial, commercial and project management activities.  


Tom is motivated by the opportunity to showcase the strength of Northern Territory industry and help maximise local participation and outcomes across Australia. 

Mauricio Romero - Data & Systems Intelligence Manager

Mauricio Romero

Mauricio Romero is the Data & Systems Intelligence Manager at ICN NT, responsible for leading the development and governance of data, systems and analytics that support strategic decision-making and operational delivery. He works closely with the Northern Territory Government, project owners and internal ICN NT teams, providing reliable, evidence-based insights that inform policy, investment and procurement decisions.  
Mauricio is motivated by creating accessible data tools for users of all skill levels and helping shift conversations from perception to proven, data-driven understanding of the Northern Territory.

Tim Sherry - Industry Engagement Coordinator

 

Tim Sherry

Tim Sherry is an Industry Engagement Coordinator at ICN NT, responsible for coordinating proponent work packages and supporting industry engagement activities across the Territory. He works closely with suppliers, project owners, government and industry partners to facilitate workshops, meetings and site visits, and to identify local solutions to supply chain gaps.  

Tim is motivated by helping local businesses gain visibility with major projects and seeing Territory suppliers succeed, ensuring people and businesses in the NT get a fair go. " I find joy in reading that a local business that we have introduced to a proponent has been awarded a significant tender. There are so many opportunities for growth in the NT and being my home city, I feel a responsibility to make sure the people that live here get a fair go." 

Emma Hudson - Office Coordinator and Executive Administrator

Emma Hudson

Emma Hudson is the Office Coordinator and Executive Administrator at ICN NT, responsible for coordinating day-to-day office operations and providing executive and administrative support to the CEO and team.  

She supports governance and board processes, meeting coordination, documentation, scheduling and stakeholder correspondence, ensuring internal systems and processes run smoothly. Emma plays a key role in enabling the effective operation of ICN NT, supporting the team to deliver positive outcomes for Territory businesses and industry. 

Penny Frost - Senior Administrator

Penny Frost

Penny Frost is the Senior Administration Officer at ICN NT, responsible for overseeing financial, compliance and administrative operations. She works closely with the General Manager, supporting budgeting, accounting and policy processes that underpin the organisation’s delivery.  

Penny is motivated by supporting a driven team and contributing to work that improves economic outcomes for the Northern Territory. 

Ione Coe - Senior Industry Engagement Officer

Ione Coe

Ione Coe is a Senior Industry Engagement Officer at ICN NT, responsible for identifying work package opportunities and engaging with local industry. She works closely with local suppliers, project owners, government departments and the ICN NT industry engagement team to facilitate work packages and support supply chain mapping across a range of industries.  

Ione is motivated by seeing positive outcomes when Territory businesses secure contract opportunities. 

Diana Salazar - Senior Data Analyst

Diana Salazar

Diana Salazar is a Senior Data Analyst at ICN NT, responsible for designing and delivering high-quality reporting and data visualisations that support confident decision-making. She works closely with internal teams, government and industry stakeholders, and suppliers, translating complex information into clear, practical dashboards and capability insights.

  Diana specialises in understanding business needs and transforming them into intuitive Power BI reports, supported by strong data models, automation and data quality, and is motivated by creating insights that are both impactful and easy to use. 

Anu George - Data Analyst

Anu George

Anu George is a Data Analyst at ICN NT, responsible for delivering data, reporting and insights that support informed decision-making across projects and programs. She works closely with internal teams, project owners, industry stakeholders and the Northern Territory Government, translating complex data into clear, practical insights.  

Anu specialises in data analysis, dashboards and reporting, using tools such as SQL, Python and Power BI to support better project outcomes and local industry participation across the Territory. 

Rafay Khan - Industry Engagement Officer

Rafay Khan

Rafay Khan is an Industry Engagement Officer at ICN NT, responsible for supporting and connecting local industry with project opportunities. He works closely with local businesses, suppliers and contractors, as well as project owners, government agencies and industry associations across the public and private sectors.  

Rafay focuses on industry and stakeholder engagement, building awareness of ICN NT’s role, and is motivated by supporting small businesses and helping ensure investment and government funding stays in the Northern Territory. 

Thomas Motlop - Industry Engagement Officer

Thomas Motlop

Thomas Motlop is an Industry Engagement Officer at ICN NT, responsible for supporting collaboration between project providers and capable local businesses. He works closely with suppliers and subcontractors, particularly within the construction industry, to help connect Territory businesses with work opportunities.

  Thomas is motivated by supporting local capability and ensuring NT businesses are well positioned to participate in projects across the Territory.
